Based in Johnston, Iowa, Dan Dehrkoop served as the global seed operations innovation lead with Corteva Agriscience from 2023 to 2025. He focused on the strategic development of seed production facilities and on enabling robust supply chains, regulatory processes, capital investment, and quality systems. Dan Dehrkoop worked with partners at global production sites, building strong relationships with vendors and tech suppliers and, in the process, delivering scalable production-ready solutions.
Mr. Dehrkoop previously engaged as Hedrick, Iowa, production location manager with Corteva Agriscience/DuPont Pioneer. He oversaw a 100+ employee corn and soybean seed production site. His responsibilities ranged from safety practices and workforce management to capital and site-operating budgets. Mr. Dehrkoop set in place long-term strategies for investment performance and facilities management.
Mr. Dehrkoop is an industrial technology graduate of Iowa State University. He maintains a strong affiliation with his alma mater, supporting the Cyclones across basketball, football, and wrestling. He is also active in outdoor pursuits, including boating, fishing, and snowmobiling.
